About Cherie Berger

The Professionals You Want – The Experience You Need! A founding member of the Compass New Jersey office located in Summit, NJ. My team and I service Somerset and Morris counties. Our goal is to provide all of our clients with the best customer service. Check out our Zillow reviews and see for yourself! Please allow me to show you how we can work together to market and/or purchase your next dream home. I've worked in the Real Estate business for over 28 years. My diverse background started in 1976 where I started in property management for a large developer in NYC: Rockrose Development Corp. I was properly groomed and after a few years became the Marketing Director, whose purpose was to successfully market luxury hi-rise buildings. I hired the on-site personnel (sales people and maintenance staff) and worked with the banks to develop a rent roll. I also worked with decorators, marketing personnel, and advertising agencies. This is where I realized my passion and expertise for marketing and selling real estate. The next step in my real estate career was for a commercial company in Westchester, NY: Schulman Management Company. This company developed beautiful office parks. My position included supervising the property management department and lease negotiations. Although I thoroughly enjoyed this position, I realized my passions were in the residential side of real estate. In 1999, I started working for Coldwell Banker in WARREN/WATCHUNG, NJ. THIS WAS IT! The opportunity to use all of the marketing knowledge and sales experience together with my passions for real estate. The Cherie Berger Team joined Compass Real Estate as Founding Members in the Short Hills, NJ office in March 2020. Today (and for the last 20 years), I have been the single most successful listing/marketing agent in Warren Township! I look forward to working with you soon. Have a great day! Cherie 908-410-0931
