For Thomas " Chopper" Russo, real estate has never been simply a career. It has been part of his life since childhood. Growing up in a family that owned and managed real estate, Chopper was exposed early to properties, tenants, investments, negotiations, maintenance, and the realities of ownership. Long before he ever held a real estate license, he was learning the business from the owner's side of the table - an education that still shapes the advice he gives clients today. In 2008, Chopper made it official and became a licensed real estate professional. Since then, Chopper Russo and Chopper Russo Team at RE/MAX SELECT have helped more than 1,600 clients buy, sell, lease, and invest, with more than $800 million in closed sales. Chopper's experience reaches far beyond traditional residential real estate. He and his team handle luxury homes, commercial sales and leasing, investment properties, land, new construction, rentals, lake communities, and some of the more complicated transactions that require experience, creativity, and strong negotiation. His approach has always been straightforward: tell clients what they need to hear, not simply what they want to hear.
