I'm in the real estate business for 2 main reasons - I love real estate and I love to help my customers. After working in the corporate world for many years at blue chip companies like JP Morgan and Microsoft, as well as running my own business for over 12 years, I'm doing what I truly love, and that comes through in the way I treat my customers. I'm also very involved in the community as the elected committeeman in my voting district and am a very active volunteer for the local council person here. I care about the community and keep on top of what's happening here. -Staging Skills: Having staged almost all of my listings and having the resourced to do so, I can help you present your home in the best possible way. I can also help you visualize a space that you are interested in. Me and my team are aggressive in our marketing to find buyers for your property. Staging and marketing are more important than ever in today's shifting market. -Construction Knowledge: I've held a contractor's license and have worked first hand on many construction projects, so I can help you determine what's well constructed and what's not, as well as give you ideas of what renovations would cost for a property that you are considering. I've also seen just about every building go up here in the last 20 years, so can give you insight about the quality of those buildings. -Negotiation Skills: my extensive business background has given me the skills to help you make your offer the strongest it can be or get you the highest price/terms for your property. - Support Team: I lead a team that includes a transaction coordinator and a client concierge/listing preparation specialist. Between the three of us, you will get the best service possible. And even more importantly, you will get to the closing table with my team backing you every step of the way.
