Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my bio. Are you a potential seller? I feel I have the ability to appropriately price my listings. Over the course of my 13 year career as a Realtor, my listings sell on average over the asking price. I run a full Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for every potential listing indicating how I arrived at my price recommendation. Included in my services are professional photos (ALWAYS), boosted advertising on Facebook & Instagram, handling of the Certificate of Occupancy for your sale as well as a multitude of other services. Are you a potential buyer? I will be honest and tell you if the home is worth the asking price, if it's worth more, or if I think the price is too high. I run a CMA on every property my clients want to make an offer on. I have also advised countless clients of mine to not make an offer on a house because of a number of reasons. My goal is to get you the home you want, not to fill my pockets with a commission check. Whether you are selling, buying or renting, I will have your best interests in mind. I believe the reviews I have received from past clients speak volumes to the type of person I am, which carries over into my business. Many of my past clients have now become friends and are repeat clients too. Aside from being a Realtor, I'm also a State Certified Municipal Tax Assessor for 2 municipalities in New Jersey. My 20+ years of experience in the Tax Assessing Field give me the ability to offer additional knowledge to my clients. I have a very unique understanding of the property tax side of real estate, which is extremely advantageous to my clients. I am extremely responsive, dedicated, driven, organized, loyal & reliable. Now that you know how I operate as a Realtor, here's a little about my personal life: I'm a lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore, born & raised in the Shark River Hills section of Neptune. I currently reside in Wall Township with my wife & 3 children & our 2 German Shepherds. I graduated from Neptune High School and went to Rutgers-Camden where I graduated with a degree in Business Management & also played two years of competitive soccer. When I'm not working, I enjoy coaching my children in soccer, working out at my favorite gym (Jersey Shore Fitness Shop in Bradley Beach https://www.jerseyshorefit.com/ ), going out to dinner with my wife at our favorite restaurant (La Dolce Vita in Belmar https://ladolcevitanj.com/), traveling with my family, going to the Borgata in Atlantic City and going to the beach in the summer.
