About Paula Hartman

Love Where You Live Paula Hartman is an award-winning realtor who created The Hartman Home Team, a top-performing team focusing on selling homes in Longport, Margate, Ventnor, Atlantic City and the surrounding Down Beach marketplace. Hartman began her career as a dental hygienist and while she would eventually make the switch to real estate, she brings a lot of her previous background with her. Our attention to detail makes for a very smooth transaction for the buyer and seller. Hartman has an ease about her, helping her clients relax and trust the real estate process. Her hard work, keen negotiating skills, and overwhelming honesty have caused the Hartman Home Team to place number 40 among all of the many thousands of large real estate teams in the United States and Canada as recently recognized by Real Trends in the Wall Street Journal. "I have really incredible sales numbers but I don’t do it alone,” she says. “I have an amazing team, including my daughter, my son-in-law, my son, and the best staff in the country.” Paula and her team have recently opened their third office in Margate to better serve their clients! So if you are looking to rent, buy or sell a small condo on the beach, a starter home, a beach block, or a bayfront estate; just call the Redhead!
