Friends and Clients, Nothing is more important to a successful real estate transaction than choosing the right agent. I strive to make sure my clients are glad they selected me as their representative and I hope this website demonstrates what I do to ensure this result. Marketing real estate has always been a competitive and challenging business, but not a complicated one. By providing my sellers insight on market conditions and honest advice they can make an informed decision on proper pricing. The next step is simply to expose the property (in the best possible light) to as much of the target audience as humanly possible. That is what I do and it works! I consistently sell nearly eight times as many properties as the average competing agent. My approach is the result of nearly a lifetime of interest in the island real estate market. It started when I was about seven and would ride around with my Dad guessing the prices of houses with sale signs. (He says I was pretty good at it.) I obtained my real estate license the summer after finishing high school and while learning the business I actually sold a few houses on summer break during my college years. I have been dedicated to the business full time since May of 1988 (Ronald Reagan was president...pretty scary how time flies) and spent these years studying and implementing the techniques which provide the best possible results for my clients. I have enjoyed life-long relationships and have even seen clients' children turn into clients themselves. That's fun! Allow me to put my 20+ years of knowledge and experience to work for you!
